WOTgreal, Windows 7/Vista, and Admin access

For those running on Win7 or Vista (which is probably most of us at this point) WOTgreal was required to run with admin privileges or things would not load correctly. I think I have this fixed now so it is no longer required. Can you guys give the current dev version a whirl and let me know if it does or does not work?

it loads fine now without admin access on win7 64bit but crashes when closing with message:
Exception EOSError in module wotgreal.exe at 000130E5.
System Error. Code: 1400.
Invalid window handle.
